Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  1. Your order ( the stock items ) will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). 
  2. Custom order delivery time will be e-mailed. Regular turnaround time is  2 -3 weeks.
  3. Currently we are offering  $ 6.50 FLAT RATE SHIPPING. ( DOMESTIC US ONLY )  
  4. Delivery time for USPS Priority shipping is between 3 - 5 Days.
  5. Once the package is shipped , a usps tracking number is send to you via e-mail to track the status.
  • If Order is needed urgently please notify us via e-mail and customer will be charged for the service chosen. Following are the other shipping options you have.
  • Shipping UPS Next Day Air Saver is guaranteed 2 business day delivery after shipment.
  • Shipping UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed 3 business day delivery after shipment

You can also Pay with Visa, Master card, Amex, Discover using Paypal (even if you do not have Paypal account)


Returns:

1. All returns must be pre-approved. Email us for return approval & RA number. 
2. We accept returns only within 10 days of the receipt. 
3. You may exchange or return merchandise for company credit. 
4. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. 
5. Proof of purchase, usually a copy of the original invoice, is required and the item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. All sealed items, packages and boxes are non- returnable when already opened. 
6. Custom-made items and Specially ordered merchandise are non-returnable. 
7. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
